Our first project. LC Capital acquired 335 Archdale Drive on December 12, 2022. Since then, we have overseen a complete overhaul of the property; replacing the roof and HVAC, paving and striping the new parking lot, installing new interior and exterior LED lights, and modernizing the interior with new hardware and finishes. Our goal is to lease the building and to eventually sell to either an owner-user or an investor. 

The property is a single-tenant 7,894 square foot office building located right off of Nations Ford Road and I-77. The location offers quick access to Uptown, Charlotte Douglas Int'l Airport, I-85, and I-485.

It is in almost move-in ready condition. A new tenant has the option of choosing their preferred paint and flooring.
